Finland's Viking age sails straight into this German beer stein, told in three panels. At the center stands a Viking warrior in the main panel, a moose keeping watch to his left and a Viking ship under way to his right — the northern forest on one side, the open sea on the other. Below the warrior, a circle carries the Finland flag design, with a banner beneath it that reads, Finland. A conical pewter lid finishes this stoneware beer stein, part of a limited edition of 10,000 individually numbered pieces. For collectors of Finnish heritage, Viking lore, and numbered relief work, it is a proud piece to display and to raise.
