Some steins tell a story; this German beer stein tells an entire service history. Wrapped in gold around its smooth, two-tone blue glazed stoneware body runs a timeline of major events and accomplishments from the history of the U.S. Air Force, created in honor of its soldiers. At the center sits a pewter badge with the Air Force emblem, rows of raised stars circle the ornamental pewter lid, and a detailed pewter eagle with outstretched wings stands on top, while a pewter U.S. eagle crest forms the thumblift. Limited to 5,000 pieces worldwide, this beer stein belongs with Air Force veterans, their families, and collectors of military history.
