Return Policy
Our Return Policy at 1001BeerSteins.com is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund minus shipping cost.
With 1001BeerSteins.com's Return Policy there are no special catches or exceptions.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us within 15 days after receiving in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Please note the following:
- Orders that were fulfilled as requested and arrived in perfect condition and is being returned for refund at buyer's remorse (just didn't like it or didn't need it) is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
